Starting on April 1, prospective students can submit their applications for ITMO University’s Bachelor’s and PhD programs. Admissions to Master’s programs launched earlier, on February 1. ITMO University will transition to the on-site learning format starting on February 8. Yesterday, a group of students submitted a letter to the Rector in which they suggested to consider providing students the opportunity to choose their learning format. We publish the Rectorate's reply.

ITMO University Returns to On-Site Learning Starting on February 8
The Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education has ordered its subordinate institutions of higher education to return to the conventional learning format starting on February 8. The corresponding decree was signed by Minister Valery Falkov. ITMO University will now begin the transition to offline (on-site) learning. ITMO University’s Work Schedule for July 26 – August 16
The coronavirus-imposed restrictions in St. Petersburg continue to be gradually lifted. However, the epidemiological situation could still worsen. Therefore, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the order of the St. Petersburg Government, from July 26 till August 16 ITMO University will continue working remotely for the most part. ITMO University Rector Vladimir Vasilyev has already signed the corresponding order.

The coronavirus-imposed restrictions in St. Petersburg continue to be gradually lifted. However, the epidemiological situation could still worsen. Therefore, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the order of the St. Petersburg Government, from July 13 till July 26 ITMO University will continue working remotely for the most part. ITMO University Rector Vladimir Vasilyev has already signed the corresponding order.

The coronavirus-imposed restrictions in St. Petersburg continue to be gradually lifted. However, there is still the risk of the epidemiologic situation getting worse. That is why in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the order of the St. Petersburg Government, from June 29 till July 12 ITMO University will continue working remotely for the most part. ITMO University Rector Vladimir Vasilyev has already signed the corresponding order.

ITMO University’s Work Schedule for June 15 - 28
The next stage of lifting the coronavirus-imposed restrictions in St. Petersburg started on June 15. It includes opening of libraries and some support businesses. However, most of the restrictions will remain in place until June 28. In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the order of the St. Petersburg Government, from June 15 till June 28 ITMO University will continue working remotely for the most part. ITMO University Rector Vladimir Vasilyev signed a corresponding order on June 14.
