Russian Avant-Garde. Art for a New World 

Featuring over 500 artworks, the exhibition explores the history of the avant-garde movement in Russia, starting from its roots and going all the way to the present day. Even if you already know your Malevich and Kandinsky, you won’t be disappointed by the works of those lesser-known yet no less influential painters who have played their part in creating what we now know as the Russian avant-garde. 

Time to Fly: Soviet Film Posters from the 1970s and 80s

Explore some of the highlights of the Soviet film poster collection at the display that marked the beginning of the winter season at Erarta Museum. The exhibition brought together remarkable samples of the graphic and printing arts, which serve as a throwback to the country’s life in between the ‘70s and ‘80s when digitalization hadn't entered the scene yet.
