How To Study Abroad For Free: ITMO Student’s Story
After graduating from a Bachelor’s program with an engineering degree, Danila Tatarinov made the decision to change the course of his scientific career. Now a student of the Physics and Technology of Nanostructures Master’s program, he became one of this years’ winners of the Presidential scholarship contest, which he used to successfully apply for an internship in China. ITMO Staff Visit Harbin Institute of Technology with Lecture Series
Lyudmila Nadtochiy, Vera Ivanova and Oksana Golovinskaya, lecturers from ITMO University’s Faculty of Food Biotechnologies and Engineering, participated in a project dedicated to the development of academic cooperation in the field of food biotechnology between Russia and China. Over the course of a month, they visited several Chinese cities and presented lectures to PhD students of the Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT). ITMO Students on Recent Start-Up Internship Program in China
This July, students of ITMO’s Informational Technologies and Programming Faculty Nikita Losovetin and Nikita Savilov participated in Start-Up China, an internship program for entrepreneurs at the Neusoft University in Dalian, China. In collaboration with their international colleagues, they worked on developing products from scratch, attended workshops, and strengthened international cooperation. The students spoke to ITMO.NEWS about their experience of spending a month in China and participating in an international program for young entrepreneurs.
