So, until recently, all I could do was envy my more organized friends and stick to hiking. A lot changed for me with the growing popularity of paddle boards, or SUP boards, as they are commonly known in Russia. These are easy to move around and set up, making them great for easy one-day trips – and one of such routes is on the Oredezh river.
