“ITMO has long ago stepped onto the path towards building a research and educational corporation. If leading universities wish to attract talents – both students and faculty – they have to keep pace with major businesses. Only world-class lecturers and scientists can train the best young professionals. Here at ITMO, specialists can find not only interesting positions with diverse tasks, but also a comfortable environment. There are public and coworking spaces similar to those at IT companies and a special atmosphere created by various events, ample opportunities for learning, and developed communication culture – all of this helps everyone grow and reach their personal goals alongside the university,” shared Kirill Aleksandrov, the head of ITMO’s Strategic Communications Department.
