  • Scientists Develop Compact Nanolaser with Unique Properties

    A team of researchers from the ITMO University’s School of Physics and Engineering, the Nonlinear Physics Center at the Australian National University (ANU), and Korea University has developed a compact nanolaser based on a photonic crystal waveguide with super-high efficiency.   • ITMO Researchers Find a Way to Control Localized Light

    Scientists from ITMO University, the National University of Colombia, and the University of Siena have developed a metasurface with a unique structure and properties. The proposed solution makes it possible to generate surface waves with new characteristics, transfer them from point to point while maintaining their initial polarization, and therefore improve information communication.
