    CYFEST is one of the largest contemporary art festivals in Eastern Europe and has been held annually for the past 13 years.   • Innovative Materials and Robots of All Stripes: ITMO Researchers at the Technosreda Exhibition of Scientific Achievements

    For two days, the Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy (VDNKh) in Moscow serves as a portal into the future where everything is possible. Over 100 top-ranked universities and research centers, as well as about 30 Russian tech companies, presented their latest developments: self-driving cars and amphibious flying cars, waste sorting robots and football robots, biochips and artificial muscles, smart technologies and artificial intelligence. Researchers from ITMO’s Infochemistry Scientific Center, Faculty of Physics, and Faculty of Control Systems and Robotics showcased nine advanced products and prototypes at the exhibition.

  • Grounding Art & Science Exhibition Now Open at ITMO

    The Grounding exhibition project has been open since September 8 at two locations: Dokuchaev Central Soil Museum and Art.ITMO.Residency. It was designed and curated by graduates of the Arts & Science Master’s program and 19 artists from eight countries and five Russian cities contributed to it. The project is a part of the Ars Electronica international art and technology festival and has been nominated for the Innovation award.

  • Pending Futures Exhibition: ITMO Art & Science Students Reflect Upon Isolation and Secret Life of Plants

    ITMO students became part of the Pending Futures project – a group exhibition that features works of contemporary artists from the Netherlands and Russia. The exhibition will run till September 15 on the Art Catch Exhibition Room online platform.
