What’s more, all winners will also receive a delayed internship or employment offer from T-Bank.
“Over our three years of running the program, we’ve received over 28,000 applications from students all over the country. In total, the scholarship fund in this period amounted to nearly 145 million rubles paid out to 480 winners, 35 of whom joined the company as interns and staff. By developing the scholarship program, we aim to support talents across the country. We are planning to continue sharing our experience with young specialists, promote the scholarship project in various regions, and welcome students from more fields,” says Varvara Smirnova, the head of T-Bank Education.
