The Window, in Which is a story about an art dynasty and their collection, on display for the very first time. On view are more than 150 pieces of art created by three generations of artists who spent their time at – and draw inspiration from – a beloved ancestral home in the resort town of Komarovo.

This week brings exciting movie releases, too. For those in “need” of a big-screen experience, Avrora is showing Pressure (2026) – a gripping WWII movie about the tense 72 hours before D-Day and the importance of weather in the battle. The film stars Brendan Fraser and Andrew Scott.

This weekend, St. Petersburg Botanical Garden will bloom with not only peonies, all kinds and colors, and many other flowers – but also art displays, workshops, competitions, and dances. With the festival ticket, visitors can also tour the garden’s museum and the Japanese Garden, as well as visit one of the greenhouse’s routes: the tropics (plus aquatic) or the subtopics.

This pop-up exhibition explores transit in art, architecture, and folklore, as well as how this state is reflected in contemporary art. At the core of the display is the image of Baba Yaga’s hut on chicken legs – an archetypal gateway between worlds that serves to spark the artists’ conversations on anxiety, insecurity, and everyday contact with the unknown.

The new exhibition at ROSPHOTO tells the story of Türkiye, its culture and traditions, through the images taken by Kamil Fırat, a contemporary photographer who has been capturing images for over 50 years. Out of his extensive collection – 200,000 images and counting – the display presents select ones that share an inner look at everyday life in Anatolia, Türkiye.
